I love developing coding learning

I am a full stack developer living in Boston. I hope to apply my talents to exciting new projects and ventures in and around the area.

Fast Learner

My ability to quickly pick up on and implement new languages and frameworks makes me a versatile asset in any environment. I love getting the chance to work with and add different tools to my ever expanding collection.

User Friendly

I believe that the best work comes when great minds come togeather to work on things they care about. I love collaborating and working with others on different and exciting projects. It is a great opportunity to meet new people and draw from their unique skills and insights.

Growth Mindset

I believe that in order to achieve ones true potential, you must constantly be investing in yourself and embrace opportunities to learn more. With hard work and practice, there's nothing that one doesn't know, just thing one doesn't know yet.

Google Audio Transcription

This program I build in Python to output both raw text and .srt formatted transcriptions from audio pulled from .mp4 video files. It uses tools from the FFmpeg library along with the Google Speech-to-Text API to strip the audio from .mp4 video files and then sends the audio to be transcribed using the STT API. The responses from the API are then processed and output two files. One in .srt format to provide subtitling for the associated .mp4 video and one raw text file of the transcription itself.

Nozama

Nozama is an e-commerce application for a hypothetical luxury clothing purveyor created as a group project. It uses LESS, jQuery, and Handlebars for the client-facing front end and MongoDB, Node.js, and Express.js for the backend api. Users can view individual products, add products to a cart, and then submit their order for processing. Payment authorization was created using stripe, while asynchronous functionality was implemented with JavaScript promises.
